Meta-Analysis the Effect of Obesity and Stress on Menstrual Cycle Disorder

Background: There are many factors that influence menstrual patterns to become irre­gular, including stress and obesity. Menstrual cycle irregularities can have a serious impact on women's health, which will affect the metabolic, fertility, sexual reproductive systems. This study aims analyze of obesity disorders with meta-analysis study. Subject s Method: is syste­matic meta-analysis, follow­ing PICO, Population= women childbearing age. Intervention= stress. Compa­rison= not obese stressed. Outcome = disruption cycle. The articles used in this were obtained from several databases, PubMed, ScienceDirect Google Scholar. keywords disorder stress, irregularity, OR AND irregularity cross sectional included full text design. Articles collected using PRISMA flow diagrams. analyzed Review Manager 5.3 application. Results: Meta-analysis 8 observational studies showed 4 times more likely than normal weight (aOR= 4.19; 95% CI= 1.99 8.84; p= 0.002). 6 observa­tional had risk experiencing dis­orders 1.28 compared who did experience 1.28; 1.13 1.45; 0.001).
